pay progression every 90 days! This opportunity has an awesome pay progression plan of $.
50 increase every 90 days up to $1 more per hour! After that, incentives are every 180 days! You can increase your hourly wage up to $3.
50 more per hour!
Responsibilities:
Communicates with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.
g.
customers, suppliers, associates).
Maintains housekeeping and safety of facility by monitoring levels of trash in compactors, open-top containers, and trash line; removing and baling cardboard from trash line and reporting trash levels.
Processes merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas and put away locations using power equipment.
Ensures sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.
Hours:
Shifts can change based on business needs.
This is a Full-time position with fixed shifts that will be determined by management based on business availability.
Sunday-Thursday:
9AM-6PM OR 6AM-3PM Monday-Friday:
9AM-6PM OR 6AM-3PM Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
