Essential job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to to the following:
Responsible for the provision of direct classroom and small group instruction including designing and delivering appropriate curriculum/programming according to the Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO), MA Early Learning Standards, child development, readiness, interests, and learning profiles for students with and without disabilities.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and practices that are effective with young diverse learners.
Responsible for conducting formative assessments, ongoing summative assessments and progress monitoring aligned with the MA Early Learning Standards.
Responsible for acting as a member of the child assessment team.
Promote, model, develop and support child development of positive social-emotional skills, early language, communication and behaviors.
Explicitly teach and promote critical social skills that enable students to be successful members of the preschool classroom community.
Responsible for collaborating and consulting with Early Intervention providers, related service providers, educators, school/grade-level teams, district teams and administrators.
Responsible for collaborating with families, having ongoing family contact and promoting family involvement.
Responsible for serving as liaison for an assigned caseload, chairing annual review team meetings as assigned, writing Individualized Education Programs and progress notes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
