Looking to expand into mold testing, lead inspections, and possibly project design for asbestos, Ahera reporting, pre-site surveys, Phase I and Phase II with your skills and experience you can help expand and grow with a testing company that has an exceptional reputation for customer satisfaction and on-time completion.
Responsible for performing the inspections or testing, preparing the chain of custody, sending to the lab, reading the results, preparing a testing report or a survey, and communicating with the client.
The entirety of the sales and project management life-cycle on assigned and awarded accounts, including new lead generation, project proposal development, project cost estimation, project initiation, project oversight, and client relationship management.
The Estimator/Project Manager is held accountable for achieving specific metrics, as determined by the Division Manager Major Duties The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Generate new sales leads from current, former, and new client organizations Work with potential clients to understand the client's needs and the scope of the potential project Perform on site inspections and testing Prepare Chain of Custody Read Reports Prepared by Independent Labs Prepare Survey Reports Prepare Inspection Reports Communicate the Results of the Testing or Survey to Clientele Understand the Rules & Regulations of DLS, DEP, OSHA, NESHAP, AHERA, EPA Develop competitive cost estimates for potential projects based on available information (e.
g.
, site visits, client provided documentation, publicly available documentation) Work with the Division Lead to finalize client proposals Manage the contracting process for new projects, including contract initiation and task order management Work with onsite supervisor Oversee the project initiation logistics; coordinate with the Operations Manager on the scheduling of team members and equipment, ordering of required materials, and development of a project plan Coordinate vendors and subcontractors for projects, as needed Ensure project sites are in compliance with applicable safety laws and regulations Resolve any project-related issues and address client concerns, as needed Perform project performance management related activities (e.
g.
, job cost analysis, project schedule adherence) Work with the Division Lead to ensure achievement of individual and Division metrics (e.
g.
